With a long family history in property development, Mrs. Hong Knowling started her property career in 2003, as a graduate town planner. She holds master degrees in Town Planning and Property, as well as qualifications in Healthcare Design. She is also a qualified Allied Health practitioner. Hong has written feature articles in the Planning Institute of Australia Journal and was invited to be a guest lecturer at the Guangxi University in China.

As an experienced town planner and market analyst across both public and private sectors, Hong Knowling offers commercially proven investment advice and services nationally. Over time, she has become highly skilled and respected in property, healthcare, childcare, disability housing, senior living, subdivision, residential, and commercial development. Hong Knowling have been facilitating projects for both public and private sector clients.

Hong noticed that many experienced property investors and developers struggle to find tenants or buyers for their new developments or get the expected rates. Understanding these challenges, Hong founded PPC Urban in 2017.

The company mission is to Transform Your Property’s Potential by creating in-demand commercial and residential assets that exceed expectations, designed for high leasing and selling, through a strategic approach and effective partnerships. This includes conducting market demographic supply and demand assessment, identifying optimal locations, designing and scaling suitable assets, and all the way through to obtaining town planning approval.

For example, an experienced developer aimed to build a 135-place childcare centre on a 2,300 sqm corner property, expecting $675,000 in annual rent. With thorough research, Hong recommended building an 80-place centre instead due to insufficient childcare service demand, utilising the surplus land for two 2-participant SDA dwellings. This adjustment is expected to yield $735,000. Our clients agreed to our suggestion, and we successfully managed their investment risks while optimising returns.

Hong is deeply committed to making a positive impact on our property sector, supporting operators, investors, and community needs. Hong provides tailored advice for your projects, listening attentively to your needs.

On a personal note, Hong is a mother of two children. She enjoys baking and cooking, often baking birthday cakes to help friends celebrate their children’s special occasions!
