Infrastructure contributions reform
The system of the Development Contributions Plan (‘DCP’) has been in operation for many years in Victoria. In 2012, the Minister for Planning appointed the Standing Advisory Committee to review and evaluate the DCP system. A series of recommendations were presented to State government for consideration.
